Comprehensive Evaluations for Children, Adolescents, and Young Adults

At Bright Minds Psychological Assessment, we offer a range of psychological evaluations tailored to each individual’s unique strengths and needs while helping parents better understand their child’s challenges. Our goal is to provide families with clarity, direction, and support through thoughtful, evidence-based assessments.

🔍 Diagnostic Clarification

We conduct evaluations to help clarify diagnostic questions and guide treatment planning. Each assessment includes cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and academic components as needed. These assessments are especially helpful when there are concerns about:

  • Attention, memory, focus, and executive functioning (e.g., ADHD)

  • Social communication or developmental differences (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder)

  • Learning difficulties (e.g., dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia)

  • Emotional challenges (e.g., anxiety, depression, mood regulation)

  • Behavioral concerns (e.g., impulsivity, aggression, withdrawal)

  • Giftedness & Twice-Exceptional (2e)

🗣 Collaborative Care & Consultation

When appropriate and with parental and/or legal guardian consent, we collaborate with educators, pediatricians, therapists, and other professionals involved in your child’s care. Our goal is to support a team-based approach with shared understanding and consistent support across settings.

🏫 School-Based Support & Accommodations

We provide comprehensive reports that are clear, actionable, and tailored for both families and school teams. The evaluations are designed to support academic planning and can be used to inform:

  • IEP (Individualized Education Program) eligibility

  • 504 Plan accommodations

  • Classroom interventions and support strategies

🕒 Free 30-Minute Consultation

We offer a no-cost, no-obligation consultation for parents, caregivers, and/or legal guardians considering evaluation. This is a great opportunity to ask questions and determine if an assessment is the right next step for your child.
